Applications
TC 5200 is a multipurpose shear-stable thickener/VII for automotive gear oils and industrial oils. It provides a cost effective alternative to 40 and 100 cSt PAO in many applications. It has been extensively field tested and approved by the LRI against MIL-PRF-2105E. It has good handling characteristics and contains pour point depressant and seal swell additive.
